legal Research You should have Handle Litigation matters including but not limited to Civil, Criminal, Consumer, Company, Constitutional matters pertaining to Education Laws, Challenging Validity of Statutory & Regulatory provisions before all Courts, Fora, Tribunal and Statutory/Regulatory Authorities, Interpretation of Statutes and conduct legal research. Liaison, meeting with various internal stake holders and external stake holders, Law Firms, Lawyers, Counsel, Consultants, Advisors, Statutory & Regulatory Authorities / Government Departments, Schools, Associations of Schools regarding specially assigned matters pertaining to Education and the laws concerning Education. Drafting / Vetting of Pleadings, Preparing Minutes of Meetings, Effectively attending Courts / Tribunals / Fora / Police Stations / CBI / Vigilance / Statutory & Regulatory Authorities to represent the Organisation.
