We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Lawyer to join our team. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal guidance and support for our company's corporate activities and transactions.
Responsibilities:
Advising on corporate legal matters, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance.
Conducting legal research and providing recommendations to address complex legal issues.
Participating in due diligence processes and risk assessments.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal alignment with business strategies.
Representing the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
Keeping abreast of legal developments impacting the corporate sector in India.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university; Master's degree is a plus.
1 year of experience as a Corporate Lawyer, preferably with exposure to [specific areas of corporate law].
Strong knowledge of Indian corporate laws, regulations, and legal practices.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Ability to provide clear and practical legal advice to non-legal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Membership in the Bar Council of India.
