Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Litigation & Recovery Specialist.
• Extensive experience in litigation, non-litigation, recovery, statutory compliance, corporate law, title search reports, due diligence, non-performing assets resolution, contract management, and legal services is required.
• Expertise in managing vendor due diligence, legal/policy compliance, arbitration, case summarization, and document review for cross-functional clients is essential.
• Proficiency in managing the entire gamut of litigation functions before various courts, tribunals, ombudsmen, and regulatory authorities is necessary.
• Vast experience in drafting, reviewing, and redlining complex documents, commercial agreements, contracts, termination documents, pleadings, and affidavits is required.
• Credited for forming strategies and advising on debt recovery and NPA resolution.
• Conducted extensive legal research work, corresponding with counsels and clients regarding legal matters.
• Advised top management on issues related to SARFAESI and IBC, adopting cost-effective and time-efficient measures.
