The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting an exciting range of opportunities for full-time legal secretaries to join our Adelaide office across different practice areas. We’re seeking enthusiastic, professional individuals who are proactive, capable, and motivated to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders on day-to-day matters
Preparing legal documents and correspondence
Billing and file management (opening, maintaining, and closing electronic files)
Diary and travel management
Answering calls and recording messages
Other general administrative support as required

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in either of these roles, you will have:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage the workflow of multiple fee earners
Strong organisational and file management skills
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Excel; and a typing speed of 60+ wpm
Experience using document management and billing systems (e.g. FileSite and Aderant Expert or similar)
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Initiative, flexibility, and a professional approach
