The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys by managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and providing high-quality legal assistance

Manage and maintain attorneys' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

Manage all aspects of document preparation and management, including drafting, proofreading, editing, copying, and filing/e-filing of legal documents

Coordinate and schedule hearings, depositions, meditations, and other meetings

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, in line with firm policy and legal regulations

Deliver exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally

Perform transcription and data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Utilize legal terminology knowledge in preparing and managing legal documents and correspondence

Conduct administrative duties such as faxing, filing, and maintaining office supplies

Utilize document management systems such as Coyote and Worldox effectively

Assist with insurance defense cases and other legal assignments as required
