Job Title: Junior Practicing Lawyer – Insolvency & NCLT
Location: Jaipur (Candidates based in Jaipur only shall apply)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Practicing Lawyer with experience in Insolvency and handling matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will assist senior lawyers and independently manage cases related to insolvency proceedings, corporate restructuring, and debt recovery processes under IBC (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code).
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in handling insolvency proceedings under the IBC for corporate debtors and financial creditors.
• Draft, review, and file petitions, applications, and responses for cases in NCLT and NCLAT (National Company Law Appellate Tribunal).
• Conduct detailed legal research on issues related to insolvency law, corporate restructuring, and NCLT/NCLAT regulations.
• Liaise with clients, advocates, and other stakeholders for case updates and document management.
• Appear before NCLT/NCLAT for hearings, assist senior lawyers in court, and independently manage smaller matters.
• Maintain case files, ensure timely filing of necessary documents, and track case progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams on legal strategy, compliance, and dispute resolution.
Key Requirements:
• LLB degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in insolvency law and handling cases before NCLT.
• Familiarity with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Companies Act, and related corporate laws.
• Strong knowledge of NCLT and NCLAT procedures and case management.
• Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail in preparing legal documents, petitions, and applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and other legal professionals.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take on responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in representing financial creditors, corporate debtors, and insolvency professionals in various insolvency matters.
• Familiarity with liquidation processes, corporate restructuring, and debt recovery cases.
