About The Role
We’re looking for a Legal Specialist that will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and managing relationships with external legal advisors to develop and maintain a coherent and effective global legal strategy.
Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all legal matters related to the business and corporate structure.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies that align with the company’s goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting the company.
• Manage relationships with external legal advisors to secure necessary legal support.
• Review and negotiate agreements and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and advise on legal implications of company activities.
• Support corporate governance activities and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings as needed.
• Monitor and report on changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment
Minimum Qualifications
• At least 4 years of experience managing legal matters related to corporate business structure.
• Highly self-motivated and have a passion to continually progress and growth
• Comfortable working with multiple remote teams
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Startup experience is a plus.
