Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements. Your expertise will ensure that our contractual arrangements are clear, legally sound, and aligned with our organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and revise various commercial contracts, including but not limited to: SaaS Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Sales Personnel Agreement, Digital Marketing Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Contractor Agreements
• Lead and participate in negotiations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure favorable terms and compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Ensure that all contracts and agreements comply with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.
• Identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
• Draft and review Terms of Use and Privacy Policies to ensure they meet legal requirements and reflect best practices.
• Work closely with business teams to address contract-related issues and ensure alignment with company policies and objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of data protection regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, Indian IT Act, and PDP Singapore.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills:
• Certification or advanced education in contract management or commercial law.
• Experience with SaaS and technology-related agreements.
