Designation: Legal Specialist/Legal Executive
Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Job Type: Permanent
Qualification: Candidate must have an LLB degree.
Experience: 2 to 7 years of experience as an In-house Counsel in a corporate house or as an In-house lawyer in a law firm. Having experience of close working with government or semi-government organizations & associations will be given preference.
Job Description for LLB:
Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, non-disclosure agreements, company
policies and employment-related documents in accordance with the applicable law.
Drafting notices, replies, emails etc. having legal implications arising in the working of the
company.
Liaison with various Central and State government organizations, educational and R&D institutes, and PSUs in matters concerning public procurement.
Rendering opinion on the applicability of various commercial and corporate laws,
applicability and implementation of laws relating to public procurement and Schemes and
Policies of the Government of India.
IP Management: Maintaining IP Portfolio of the Company, including getting registered
relevant Intellectual Property.
Corporate Law Advisory on various other legal aspects like Mergers/ Acquisitions,
Companies Act, Securities Laws, Listing Regulations, and Investor Queries.
Providing support to outside counsels in various litigation cases in Courts and Tribunals.
Research: research on subject matter and applicability of various Policies, Orders,
Notifications, etc. issued by the Government of India relevant to the industry
Personality requirement:
Ability to communicate effectively and inspire confidence in team, executive management, and peers.
Ability to successfully work in cross-functional teams
Ability and courage to question status quo and develop solutions to address concerns
Effective and efficient delivery of top-quality services in the corporate environment
Skilled and experienced professional having good verbal articulation and confident
personality and knowledge in IT sector
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
