Role: Intellectual Property

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology/science or equivalent; and

• LLB/LLM with any of the above

• Must have Experience:

• Patent drafting, filing, office action response drafting / review and maintenance (India, US, Europe and others)

• Experience in dealing matters related to other forms of IPR including but not limited to Copyright, Trademarks, Domain Names, Designs and Trade Secret.

• Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, in particular IP/Technology related contracts

• Post Qualification Experience: 10-15 years (Desired – IT industry)

• Key words: IPR, Patent, Intellectual Property Rights, Copyright, Technology Contracts, Research Agreements, Patent Drafting, Licensing, Technology Law, Software Licensing, SaaS agreements

• Open positions : 5

• Preferred location : Bangalore/Mumbai.
