Job Summary: Laxgyan Consultus Law Firm is seeking two experienced Stenographers/Typists proficient in both Hindi and English languages. As a Stenographer/Typist, you will play a vital role in assisting our legal team by accurately transcribing legal documents, correspondence, and case-related information in both languages. Your expertise in legal typing and writing will contribute to the smooth functioning of our legal operations and ensure the efficient processing of legal documents. Responsibilities: Typing and Transcription: Accurately type and transcribe legal documents, case notes, correspondence, and other relevant materials in both Hindi and English languages. Ensure precise spelling, punctuation, and grammar in all typed documents. Language Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in both Hindi and English languages to effectively transcribe and translate legal content as required. File Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical files of transcribed documents for easy retrieval and reference. Document Review: Assist in the review and proofreading of legal documents to identify errors and inconsistencies. Coordination: Collaborate with legal professionals, paralegals, and support staff to prioritize typing assignments and meet deadlines. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all legal information and documents. Qualifications: Fluency in both Hindi and English languages with excellent typing speed and accuracy. Previous experience in legal typing and writing is preferred. Proficiency in using computer applications and word processing software for document preparation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the legal team and other stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring timely completion of assignments. Salary: The salary for the position of Stenographer/Typist (Hindi + English) at Laxgyan Consultus Law Firm ranges from 12,000 to 20,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and performance.
