Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This dual-role position will involve providing exceptional customer service while also managing legal and compliance-related matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Support:
• Compliance Management: Ensure company operations comply with relevant laws and regulations. Assist in monitoring and enforcing compliance policies.
• Document Review: Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Legal Research: Conduct research on legal issues, case law, and industry regulations to support the legal team.
• Issue Resolution: Assist in handling legal disputes, including coordinating with external legal counsel and managing case documentation.
• Training & Guidance: Provide legal guidance and training to other departments as needed, including updates on legal changes and best practices.
Customer Support:
• Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information and support.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including tracking issues and resolutions.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to services and processes.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent legal qualification is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a legal support role and/or customer service environment. Experience in a similar dual-role position is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of legal terminology and concepts.

• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
