What the Role Offers:

We are seeking for an experienced and dynamic leader to join our Professional Services Delivery team in India CoE in OpenText. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the customer implementations & overall management of our LegalTech Practice and Project Management Practice. As a senior leader, you will lead, manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering a seamless and efficient experience as well as outcomes that matter for our people. You will be a member of the OT India CoE leadership team and work closely with the Global PS leadership team.
What you Need to Succeed:
• Lead and manage the service delivery teams in LegalTech Practice, ensuring all SLAs are met and customer success is achieved.
• Build an effective internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Collaborate with cross functional teams & stakeholders and leadership aligning with organization’s strategic plans
• Lead, execute and support regional and global PS projects and innovation initiatives. With a focus on efficiency and quality of delivery on global projects, you will ensure customer success.
• Responsible operational management and building a culture of high performance and engagement.
• Manage relationships customers, act as a delivery practice point of escalation for complex issues, providing guidance and support for effective resolution, customer onboarding and training and ensuring effective utilization of our technology solutions
• Ensure effective communication within the team, with leaders and relevant stakeholders, keeping all parties informed of project statuses, challenges, and successes
• Involve in planning and execution of Project Management Practice activities including task prioritization, timeline management, and successful project delivery
• Participate in candidate interviews, selections and hiring decisions, helping to design the interview format and/or train interviewers in the hiring process, onboarding, performance management and development plans for the service delivery teams
• Lead and execute organizational efforts such as workforce planning, succession planning, change management and communications, employee engagement activities and meetings, product training and technical workshops, and supporting knowledge management
• 15+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, Project Management and LegalTech domain is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of owning and managing end to end initiatives, stakeholder management, Agile software development processes, strong project management skills
• Strategic thinking skills with big-picture orientation, with a focus on aligning technology initiatives with business goals
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, innovative and passionate environment

• As a senior leader, collaborate with other senior leaders, HR, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workforce in India CoE, aligned with OpenText global ED&I initiatives.

Job Title: Assistant Manager-Legal

Job Summary:
Assist in the management of our company's legal affairs by handling various legal matters, drafting and reviewing agreements, conducting legal research, and advising on the impact of new laws and regulations on our businesses.

Key Accountabilities:
• Draft and review a wide range of agreements, including lease agreements, master service agreements, vendor agreements, NDA's, employment agreements, letters of appointment, marketing agreements, consultancy agreements, engagement letters, audit services agreements, software development agreements, staffing services agreements, and other commercial contracts and agreements.
• Conduct and maintain legal research related to transactional matters, provide day-to-day legal analysis and opinions on internal Company matters.
• Advise on the impact and consequences of new laws and regulations affecting our businesses.
• Coordinate with various departments within the company to obtain details in respect of litigations, draft writs, suits, and applications based on received information.
• Coordinate with external counsels for appearances in writ petitions, civil suits, arbitration proceedings, and commercial disputes.
• Coordinate with external counsels for filing trademark and patent applications on behalf of the Company.

Skills and Qualifications:
• A Bachelor (Law Degree) from a recognized university in India.
• Minimum 5+ years of over work experience with 5 + years of relevant experience working in a law firm handling General corporate work (corporate contract drafting, reviews and negotiation) as a part of a law firm.
• Strong verbal and analytical skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, cross-cultural skills, and highly team-oriented.

What We Offer:
• Up to ₹10 LPA (Negotiable).
