Job Title: Technical + Legal Executive
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Technical:
- Assist in reviewing project plans, designs, and specifications to ensure technical feasibility and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and provide technical support to project teams.
- Develop knowledge of technical standards, processes, and best practices in real estate development.
Legal:
- Assist in reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and leases.
- Provide support in ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including RERA, Real Estate Act, and other applicable laws.
- Conduct legal research and provide updates on regulatory changes.
- Assist in representing the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations.
General:
- Provide support to senior management on technical and legal matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance.
- Develop relationships with external partners, including legal counsel, architects, and contractors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) and/or a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical and legal role in the real estate industry.
- Basic knowledge of Indian real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks.,
