Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions (in-person and virtual) for attorneys and staff on Word LX and other legal documentation tools.
Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and quick-reference guides tailored to practice group needs.
Work closely with legal teams to identify training gaps and provide customized solutions.
Assist in onboarding new hires with tool-specific legal workflows.
Provide post-training support and refresher sessions as needed.
Collaborate with IT and Knowledge Management teams to stay updated on software updates and communicate enhancements.
Gather feedback and continuously improve training delivery and content.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
Prior experience working in a law firm or legal department (minimum 3 years).
Proven experience using legal tech tools, especially Word LX (document automation and formatting).
Prior experience in a training or mentoring capacity is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong understanding of legal document formats, standards, and workflows.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex software functions to users with varying technical skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, legal document templates, and macros.
