If you are dedicated to promoting independence, boosting self-esteem, and supporting the social and recreational needs of elderly individuals, this is the role for you!

Support residents to achieve personal goals and participate in meaningful social, recreational, and therapeutic programs.
Maintain accurate documentation, assist with risk assessments, and ensure the safe and efficient use of equipment and resources.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance, support, and training to colleagues and new staff as required.
What you’ll bring:
Do you have a genuine passion for enhancing the wellbeing, independence and enjoyment of life for older people?
Are you qualified (or working towards a qualification) in Leisure & Lifestyle, Aged Care, Community Services or a related field, with experience supporting aged, frail or disabled clients?
Do you bring creativity, initiative and good judgement to designing and delivering meaningful activity programs that reflect individual needs and interests?
Are you a respectful, reliable team member with strong communication skills who values dignity, confidentiality and person-centred care?
