GENERAL SUMMARY

Reporting to the Lending Administration Manager who is the Program Manager, will be the Program Officer (deputy) of nCino. Exercises a high degree of independent judgment and discretion as it pertains to the inspection for compliance and quality control of the front-end loan data from the commercial lending teams. Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and Bank policies within Commercial Banking.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Program Officer of nCino. Works with IT and line to administer the platform, coordinate upgrades, and integrate with other current and or future bank applications.
• Assists Lending Admin Manager with the administration of the Commercial Banking scorecard.
• Handles escalations from Loan QA Analysts, with guidance from Lending Administration Manager; reviews loan data to ensure Data accuracy for all frontline commercial lending teams.
• Enhances line units' ability and requirement to act as first line of defense.
• Creates reports for management as needed and prepares monthly reports noting compliance exceptions and data exceptions.
• Identifies areas of weakness and provides proper training to unit staff.
• Works on special projects as requested.
• Follows up on roadmap projects of nCino as it pertains to area of commercial loan, deposit, treasury management, and client data.
• Coordinates with Business Intelligence and IT to create automated and/or streamlined processes wherever possible.
• Reviews credit reports for Data Integrity, regulatory compliance, and Bank compliance.
• Reviews and ensures proper notifications go out to clients and applicants regarding Reg B.
• Reviews and ensures all covenant waiver changes and forbearances are properly communicated with clients.
• Assists in authoring and amending compliance procedures for Commercial Banking.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: College degree in general business or finance preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of commercial banking experience, and quality control experience at a financial institution preferred.
• Skills/Ability: Strong knowledge of commercial bank lending and applicable regulations, laws, and best practices. Must have excellent analysis and communication skills. Able to communicate difficult topics. Must be a good trainer. Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment and on a collaborative basis. Desire to work in a dynamic and challenging environment characterized by sometimes changing priorities and short-term deadlines.

OTHER DETAILS

$33.65 - $39.00 / hour
Pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
