LENDING ASSOCIATE
WELLINGBOROUGH (HYBRID)

Salary will be up to £27,000 per annum dependent on experience. You will be based in our Wellingborough head office and will need to work full time onsite initially during training, then you can enjoy the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
What your day will look like
• Handling daily queries raised by the Private Banking Team
• Drafting all lending and security documentation
• Carrying out core banking tasks such as drafting of Audit and Redemption Letters, completing of Mortgage Statements, and producing of reference statements
• Monitoring the arrears database and preparing the arrears letters
• Loading lending into the Flexcube Banking system, making amendments as required
• Monitoring and overseeing the expired Buildings Insurance Policies and requesting up to date policies from the wider Private Banking Team
What you will have
• Experience in a similar role within UK banking, or A levels / degree in a relevant subject
• You will be provided with all the training you need so an ability to learn is crucial
• Enjoy providing crucial but behind the scenes support – this role will not suit someone who wants to be client facing
• Able to draft documents which will need excellent attention to detail, accuracy and written communication
