Locations: Reading or Leicester
We are looking for a Lending Officer to join our Asset Finance team, on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Supporting the Senior Manager and Sales Team, the ideal candidate will provide a point of contact for all lending enquiries and effectively manage relationships with our brokers, introducers, and other key stakeholders.
You would provide full administrative support, including, the weekly return of sales performance and credit proposals and ensure that good customer outcomes form the basis of decisions made.

About you
For this role you will need the following skills and experience:
• Knowledge of Asset Finance plus a good level of general financial and commercial awareness
• Experience of compliance, regulatory knowledge and liaising with customers/brokers re credit risk applications
• An understanding of Conduct Risk and Treating Customers Fairly requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and communication skills
• Good planning and organisational skills
• PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
