Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage a high-performing team in our international Lending and Collections process. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in international BPO collections. You will be responsible for driving team performance, meeting and exceeding collection targets, ensuring service quality, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 15-20 Collections Associates to achieve their individual and team targets.

Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and provide constructive feedback to enhance agent performance.

Manage daily team operations, including shift scheduling, attendance, and attrition management.

Handle team escalations and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
