Who are we?
Centrepoint Alliance Lending Solutions is a division of Centrepoint Alliance Ltd (CAF), one of Australia’s largest publicly listed financial services organizations. Our wealth division services over 1200 Financial Advisers and Accountants, and we have over 80 Mortgage Brokers nationally.
We are looking to grow and have an immediate need to assist one of our Adelaide based Financial Advice Practices, as they integrate lending into their business as part of a holistic range of services for clients.
What do we do?
Centrepoint Alliance Lending Solutions is a boutique Mortgage Aggregation business that provides business consultancy services to Wealth Advisers and Accountants who want to integrate Lending into their Wealth business, as well as our Mortgage Brokers.
Who are we looking for?
We are always looking for an experienced Bankers or Finance Brokers, to join our aggregation model.
However, we have an immediate opportunity to support one of our Adelaide based Financial Planning practices with an In-house lender.
This Wealth Adviser has purchased a loan book with circa 400 clients who need servicing and support. Further, they have a Wealth client base of approximately 650 clients. You will have access to these established client databases, and you will also receive regular new leads from the Wealth Adviser.
You will be a professional who is already working in the Lending space in the Banking Industry or Finance Broking Industry with at least 2 years’ experience. It is preferable that you have diverse Lending experience across Residential lending, SMSF, Equipment Finance and SME Business lending. You will be passionate about sales and business development and will be a “go getter” with the ability to formulate great business relationships. This role would be ideal for someone who is comfortable working autonomously.

hands on Business Consultancy support with genuine integration into the Adviser business, including support to maximise lending opportunities out of the client database.
