About your Role
Join our Lending Solutions Team as a Lending Support Officer. You will be responsible for providing relief management of Lenders files during their absences, which includes communicating with members, answering questions pertaining to the loan application process and dealing with all stakeholders across the lending supply chain ensuring the loan progresses through to settlement while also providing an efficient, high-quality level of service to members.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, policies and procedures applicable to the position, while maintaining pipeline management and providing administrative support for Lending Managers
Provide support with Lead management for the department while identifying continuous improvement in processes and present opportunities for innovation to the Sales Support Team Leader
Achieve individual KPI’s which relate to sales, service and compliance and contribute positively to the’ broader department KPI deliverables.
Identify existing and potential member needs, recognising appropriate opportunities to maximise product penetration and uptake whilst simultaneously enhancing the member/customer experience.
Effectively deal with member/customer interactions in a positive, thoughtful, personalised and knowledgeable manner –including the professional handling of complaints and associated resolutions.
About You
You are a analytical professional with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders with attention to detail as well as having:
FSR Tier 2 Accreditation (essential)
Strong proven experience in customer service and administration
Experience in Banking or financial services industry
Mortgage lending or Lending retention experience (highly regarded)
