We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. Duties

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is organised and easily accessible.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
Facilitate communication between departments and with external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
Implement and maintain office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
