Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, and ensuring effective communication within the organisation. Responsibilities

Managing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.

Assisting with the preparation of reports and other documentation as required.
Supporting various administrative projects to improve office efficiency.
Handling incoming enquiries professionally and courteously, providing necessary information or directing them appropriately.
Skills

Proven administrative experience with a strong understanding of office procedures.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst maintaining attention to detail.

You must be able to drive and have use of a car for business purposes. Mileage paid at the standard rate.
