Full job description
We are looking to expand our support team. The role required is a level 1 help desk technician. Below is the list of required and or desired skills for this position.
Your duties:
Monitoring and responding to incoming client raised requests/issues.
Communicating with clients on ticket progress.
Escalation and management of high priority issues.
Close liaison with other team members to ensure the most effective and efficient solutions.
Proactively work within the Service Desk team to achieve and maintain agreed SLAs
To be successful in this role you will have had exposure to the above responsibilities and have:
A passion to work in a Service Desk role and help drive continuous improvements.
Be available to work on rostered shifts (including night and weekend coverage).
Some experience troubleshooting Windows and/or Apple Mac computer systems.
Excellent and Effective communication style.
A strong analytical mind with a logical approach to problem solving.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and achieve results in a high-volume and fast paced environment
The ability to be a self-starter - take initiative and show leadership when called for.
Required Skills:
High proficiency with Windows 10 Professional
Knowledge / proficiency with Microsoft 365
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server
Hardware and software including, but not limited to, VPN, network printers/scanners, network connectivity and general Windows trouble shooting.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience in:
Active Directory.
DNS/DHCP.
SCCM imaging & scripting
Experience with Windows HyperV, Windows Server 2012-2019 and Windows Remote Desktop Services.
Health Industry experience
