We are now looking for a 1st Level BSS Order Management professional. This job role is responsible for monitoring, coordination, support, management, and execution of Convergent Product Configuration and Product driven Order Management to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

What you will do
Education: Graduation or Post Graduation in Computer Science or similar
Minimum years of relevant experience: 3-4 years of IT experience with 1-2 years’ experience in Netcracker Product Configuration and Order Management
• Support the following systems and functions:
• Monitoring of the production system & ensuring its performance and stability.
• Action on alerts in Order dashboard and realetd monitoring tools and the traffic from Downstream Systems and towards Upstream Systems.
• Monitoring Netcracker Billing and Rating and related product structure and CDR analysis
• Monitoring of Product Configuration Modules, CO, SO, and NO.
• Trouble Tickets resolution – Resolve day to day customer issues.
• Coordination with IT/ teams to resolve any operational or functional issues.
• Responsible for answering adhoc requests from various teams internal or external.
• Follow ITIL processes and exhibit expertise in Incident, Problem and change management.
• Ensure SLA compliance for application and trouble tickets
• Proactive competence development of self in new solution areas & certifications
• Coordinating with L2/L3, Vendors, and Business teams during the incidents.
You will bring
• Must have experience in Netcracker / Convergent product Structure and Order Management Modules.
• Good analytical skill and communication skill to understand the requirement from Customer.
• Good understanding on the concepts of Product catalogue, PO, PS, Rule Engine, Discounts Configuration, catalogue driven product order analysis, Customer Order Concepts, Service Order and Network order concepts, Order decomposition Concepts, Product driven orchestration Principles.
• Good understanding of TMF Open API [GBB1] stack (Good to have)
• Scripting in Java and JS[GBB2] .
• Knowledge of SSL certificates and configuration.
• Should be able to write and understand Unix commands, shell scripting, Basic SQL queries & procedures[GBB3]
• Strong debugging skill and problem solving approach.
Willing to work in 247 environment.
