Your Responsibilities
Lead rope access crews on various job sites
Mentor and train Level 1 and 2 technicians
Coordinate with Project Managers on scopes, schedules, and safety
Complete and review RAMS, FLRAs, and Rescue Plans
Ensure compliance with IRATA, WorkSafeBC, and company standards
Represent Pacific Ropes professionally to clients and teams
What You Bring
IRATA Level 3 & OFA Level 1 (minimum)
Strong knowledge of rope access procedures and safety standards
Proven leadership and supervisory experience
Clear communicator and calm under pressure
Construction experience and safety certs (WHMIS, Fall Protection, etc.) are a bonus
