This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing events that align with Level Super Mind’s vision and objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute events, including workshops, seminars, and corporate events, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event logistics.Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.Handle on-site event management, including setup, coordination, and troubleshooting.Collect and analyze post-event feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Maintain an updated calendar of events and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.Ensure all events comply with health and safety standards.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in event planning or a related field is a plus.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and event management software/tools.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.What We Offer:A collaborative and inspiring work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary and benefits package.
