Roles and Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and/or outbound international calls and chat inquiries.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right tools and resources.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers.
Shifts & Work Schedule:
• Flexible rotational shifts.
• Rotational weekly offs (5 working days and 2 days off).
