Job Title: Liaisoning Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Liaisoning Officer to manage and maintain relationships with government bodies, regulatory authorities, clients, and other stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for facilitating approvals, clearances, and coordination between the company and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain effective relationships with government departments, public sector units, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure timely submission and follow-up of applications and documents for approvals, NOCs, permits, and compliance certificates.
Track regulatory updates and changes affecting the company’s operations and communicate relevant developments internally.
Represent the company at official meetings, site visits, and public hearings.
Coordinate with legal teams, consultants, and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of liaisoning tasks.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all liaisoning activities.
Act as the point of contact for all external agency communications.
Resolve issues and disputes by engaging with concerned officials and departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Public Administration, Political Science, Law, or Business).
Proven experience in liaisoning with government bodies, especially in [industry-specific] contexts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of local and central government processes and regulations.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
