Job Description
NGCC INFRATECH PVT LTD ,looking for a experienced liasoner. A road liaison officer's role is to bridge the gap between a highway's technical and professional teams and stakeholders. They do this by:
• Communicating with stakeholders: They liaise with local businesses, residents, and politicians to support the highway's public liaison efforts.
• Understanding technical issues: They meet with technical officers to understand the details of designs, plans, and work programs.
• Facilitating dialogue: They facilitate two-way dialogue with key stakeholders.
• Being a point of contact: They become a key point of contact for people in the organization.
Some other responsibilities of a liaison officer include:
• MediationThey may act as a mediator, negotiating with others and helping people understand others' points of view.
• Event reportingThey may compile reports on incidents, events, or updates to learn from them and improve future processes and relationships.
• Brand imageThey may be responsible for presenting the organization's brand image to the media or the public.
• CommunicationThey may manage communication and coordination, simplify processes, and assist with company briefings.
