Full job description

* Organize, classify, and maintain physical and digital library collections using library management systems.

* Assist patrons in locating and using information resources effectively.

* Manage library circulation and ensure efficient lending, returning, and shelving processes.

* Plan and conduct library orientation and information literacy sessions.

* Evaluate, select, and acquire new materials based on user needs and library policy.

* Stay updated on current trends in library science and technology.

* Maintain library records and prepare usage reports for internal analysis.

* Enforce library rules and promote a quiet, welcoming environment.

* Supervise and train junior staff or volunteers as required.

* Develop and implement programs to encourage reading and learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
