Job Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Construction Superintendent to oversee safety on small and large-scale construction projects. This energetic and detail-oriented professional will ensure that all aspects of construction are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, supervision, and technical expertise, driving project success while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities
Supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and onsite personnel to ensure work progresses smoothly and safely.
Review construction drawings to verify accuracy and facilitate seamless execution of plans.
Conduct regular site inspections for quality control, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and adherence to project plans.
Supervise project teams by providing clear direction, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a collaborative work environment focused on excellence.
Experience
Valid DOB issued license as a Construction Superintendent
Extensive hands-on experience in construction site supervision preferred but nor required
