Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Aesthetician who is passionate about skincare, client experience, and results-driven treatments. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a medical aesthetics setting while delivering a luxury-level service experience.
Responsibilities
Perform professional aesthetic services including customized facials, chemical peels, and advanced skincare treatments
Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
Educate clients on proper skincare routines and medical-grade products
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment following medical standards
Recommend and sell appropriate skincare products and services
Maintain accurate client charts and treatment documentation
Provide an exceptional, luxury-level client experience
Additional unique skills are a bonus and would love to be discussed!
Qualifications
Active Aesthetician license in Alaska
Experience in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, or luxury spa preferred
Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and advanced treatments
Strong client consultation and communication skills
Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and client results
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay plus commission on services and retail
