In addition to the above mentioned salary, the position occupant may be eligible to be paid a $20,000 Skills Shortage Allowance in accordance with “C2025-09 Skills Shortage Allowance Implementation Guidelines” for a 2-year period (subject to satisfying the relevant eligibility criteria). Please note any extension of this allowance beyond the 2-year period will be subject to further review and delegate approval.

Target Question 3:
Give an example of a complex avionics maintenance activity you certified on a modern avionics’ suite. How did you ensure your troubleshooting, rectification, and certification were fully compliant and defensible under audit or investigation.
