Job Description
Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) will be responsible for maintaining a caseload, scheduling clients, and performing duties under the supervision of a supervisor. Duties include: utilizing CMBHS and MethodOne software; providing individual and group counseling; completing progress notes, treatment plans, and treatment plan reviews; conducting GPRA interviews, FE’s, screenings, intakes, and referrals; and performing general office tasks.
Additionally, the LCDC will support LCDC-Interns, providing guidance on program protocols, documentation, and client engagement. The LCDC will also coordinate activities for a designated funding source program, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, timelines, and reporting standards.
Program work will be conducted at the Fulton, Galleria, and Grand Parkway offices.
Opportunities for advancement and additional hours at other locations may be available.

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Minimum Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• 3.0/B average or better GPA required
• CMBHS experience is a bit advantage.
• Bilingual is a plus not a requirement
• Must be articulate, friendly, and have good communication skills
• Minimum of five years of sobriety
• Drug Test, Local and Federal Background Check required
• Great customer service skills
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
