We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at Alpha Healing Center.
Designation: Senior Clinical Psychologist
Minimum Degree: Master of Philosophy (MPhil) from a RCI registered institution.
Criteria: Only RCI registered institution’s Candidates Apply for the Job.
Duration of Experience: 2-3 years experience.
Salary: As per industry standards/hike on last drawn salary and incentives.

Job Description:
1) Managing assigned clients independently through individual counselling sessions.
2) Conducting group sessions.
3) Coordinating with family members to update about progress of client & sending
progress report every 15 days.
4) Identify & Diagnose psychological, emotional or behavioural issues.
5) Discuss client progress through regular meetings or sessions with team.
6) Offer therapy and treatments for issues relating to a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, OCD, BPAD, substance use disorder, PTSD, somatic disorders, eating disorders, developmental disorders, personality disorders and neurological disorders.
7) Observes patients in various situations; selects, administers, and interprets intelligence, personality, or other psychological tests to diagnose disorders and formulate plans of treatment, and provides consultation with regard to test results.
8) Help clients define goals and plan action to achieve personal, social, educational and vocational development and adjustment
+) Utilizing various psychological techniques; selects appropriate treatment approach and plans frequency, intensity, and duration of individual, group, and family therapies.
10) Provide clinical supervision to less experienced psychologists and members of the wider multidisciplinary team
11) Documents therapy in accordance with policies and procedures regarding medical records; implements and adheres to policies which ensure patient confidentiality.
12) Evaluating new clients coming for admission as per availability of time.
13) Working closely with Psychiatrists to address medical issues faced by clients
14) Preparing discharge summary & conducting sessions with family at time of discharge
15) Conducting online follow up sessions of discharged clients as per Organization
protocols.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
1) Knowledge of psychological theory and practice
2) RCI certification requirements and standards.
3) Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
4) Ability to observe, assesses, and record symptoms, reactions, and progress.
5) Ability to effectively communicate medical information, test results, diagnoses and/or proposed treatment in a manner easily understood by the client.
6) Psychological/developmental evaluation skills.
7) Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.
8) Ability to assess mental status in clients and to develop individual treatment goals and plans.
+) Knowledge of psychological test administration, scoring, and interpretation.
10) Ability to maintain emotional stability to cope with human suffering, emergencies, and other stresses.
11) Skill in preparing and maintaining patient records.
12) A candidate with prior experience in dealing with substance use disorders will be preferred.
