Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, highlights, blowouts, and special treatments.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and salon areas in compliance with health regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and they leave satisfied.
Experience
Previous experience as a Hair Stylist (2+years)
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Knowledge of sanitation standards relevant to salon environments.
Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
