Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with claims or policy adjustments.
Stay compliant with industry regulations including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) requirements while handling sensitive client information.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on insurance or financial products.
Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse communities.
