LICENSED PARALEGAL FOR VIRTUAL POSITIONS

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking licensed paralegals in Ontario with experience in traffic ticket defence to join our team. This is a fully remote role. You will appear virtually in court via Zoom on behalf of clients for provincial offences matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in virtual court proceedings (POA matters, traffic offences).

Review disclosure, prepare legal arguments, and negotiate with prosecutors where appropriate.

Maintain professional communication with clients and team members.Ensure compliance with Law Society of Ontario (LSO) requirements.

Qualifications:

Must be a Licensed Paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

Experience in traffic tickets and provincial offences is required.Strong advocacy and communication skills.

Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment.
