Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed Plumber (Valid 306A Plumbing License required) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes, schematics, and technical drawings, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Plumber will ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards, contributing to the overall safety and functionality of our clients' facilities.
Responsibilities
Residential & light commercial rough-in
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in various settings
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately
Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction tools to complete tasks
Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for installation and repairs
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventative maintenance
Collaborate with team members such as carpenters and HVAC specialists to coordinate work efforts
Follow all safety protocols and building codes during project execution
Assist in assembly of plumbing components and related systems as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
Skills
Mechanical knowledge with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and components
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics reading
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical diagrams
Experience with construction practices including carpentry and assembly techniques
Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus but not required
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for precise installation or repairs
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently
Physical strength for heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments
Valid commercial driving license is advantageous for transporting materials or equipment when necessary
