Qualifications
Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license
TB Skin Test - 2 Step (Current within last 12 months)
Six Months of Prior Hands-On Nursing Experience
Must have Reliable Transportation
Demonstrated Proficiency in Clinical Assessments, Documentation and Compliance with Nursing Care and Policies and Procedures
Continuing Education as Required by State
