Our plumbers work an average of 44 hours per week, earning $100K–$150K+ annually.
(RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)
LICENSED PLUMBERJob Description:
Install and service residential plumbing fixtures and systems.
Perform repairs and maintenance including replacing washers, repairing burst pipes, and clearing clogged drains.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local plumbing/building codes.
Educate and assist customers by answering questions and providing plumbing information.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
No on-call rotation required.
Work one Saturday every 4 weeks.
Qualifications:
Current Master, Journeyman, or Tradesman License with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
Regularly lift and move 75+ lbs; frequently lift 40–50 lbs on raised surfaces.
Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop for extended periods.
Work in confined or elevated spaces (attics, ladders, tunnels).
Carry heavy equipment up and down stairs.
Perform duties in all weather conditions (heat, rain, snow, sleet).
Apply strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and technical comprehension skills.
Adapt effectively when handling workplace stressors, including customer concerns.
Must successfully complete a Job Physical Assessment.
