Responsibilities:
• Providedirect patient care including administering medications andtreatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and recordpatients vital signs and health status.
• Assistwith patient assessments and careplanning.
• Educate patients and their familieson healthcare management andwellness.
• Collaborate with healthcare teammembers to ensure comprehensive patientcare.
• Maintain accurate and timelydocumentation of patient careactivities.
Qualifications:
• Currentand valid California LVN license.
• Completion ofan accredited LVN program.
• BLS (Basic LifeSupport) certification required.
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
• Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam.
• Compassionate and patientfocused approachto care.
