Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lifeguard at ITC Narmada, located in Ahmedabad. The Lifeguard will be responsible for monitoring swimming areas for rule violations and drowning victims, conducting rescue operations, providing first aid, and ensuring a safe environment for all guests. Additional duties include maintaining pool cleanliness, overseeing pool equipment, and conducting swimming safety training sessions.
Qualifications
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness
• Knowledge of CPR and First Aid techniques
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies
• Excellent observation and problem-solving skills
• Certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in maintaining and operating pool equipment is a plus
