Providing clear, expert advice on a full range of life insurance products (term, whole, universal).
Advising on broader financial planning topics such as retirement, investments, and risk mitigation.
Developing meaningful, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and trust-building.
Managing documentation and ensuring a smooth application and onboarding process.
Meeting performance and sales targets while following ethical and compliance guidelines.
Staying current on market trends, policy updates, and financial products.
Identifying opportunities for additional services to enhance client financial plans.
What You Bring
Valid LLQP certification and license to practice in British Columbia.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in life insurance or financial services.
A solid track record in sales and client retention.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools to manage client pipelines and workflows.
An eye for identifying cross-selling opportunities and maximizing value for clients.
What You’ll Get
A competitive, performance-driven compensation model.
A consistent stream of pre-qualified, high-intent leads—no cold calling.
Recognition for your contributions and room to grow within the organization.
A collaborative, forward-thinking team environment.
The opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives through impactful financial planning.
