Role Summary
A Life Insurance Advisor is responsible for helping clients choose suitable life insurance policies based on their financial goals, family needs, and risk appetite. The role involves sales, client relationship management, and ongoing policy servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, and leads
Understand clients’ financial needs, income, and long-term goals
Recommend appropriate life insurance plans (term plans, savings plans, ULIPs, etc.)
Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to clients
Assist clients with documentation and policy issuance process
Maintain regular follow-ups for renewals and upselling opportunities
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Stay updated with new insurance products and regulatory guidelines

Educational Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
Experience
Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in sales/insurance/financial services
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
