An exciting opportunity for an experienced Beauty Counter Manager to join our Life Pharmacy Beauty team!

Permanent Fulltime position - 35 Hours per week

As a health, beauty and wellness retailer, our instore teams demonstrate the values and commitment to provide the best retail experience to all our customers. With exciting promotions, exclusive events, new product releases and training programmes you will be inspired, encouraged and equipped to develop new initiatives for your service.
In this role as a counter manager you will be expected to maintain and look after the Counter as well as provide friendly and professional advice to all our existing and new clients. Ideally you will be confident in talking about the products and be able to make great recommendations to clients based on their needs. This role requires somebody who is friendly, professional and is dedicated to making our clients feel welcome upon coming into the store and when they leave.
This is a Permanent Fulltime position, rostered 35 hours across 4 - 5 days from Monday to Sunday. This may include late nights and weekend days.
What we are looking for
We would love a qualified Make Up artist or someone with a beauty therapy qualification
A passion for the beauty industry with desire to succeed and grow the counter.
Skin Care, Make Up, and Fragrance knowledge.
A flair for health initiatives and running promotions.
Excellent communication skills and a high standard of customer service.
Counter Manager Experience is desired by to the willing applicant.
Organised with a high standard of presentation.
Sales focused.
Team Player.
Within our team we also need a flexible person who is happy to help out with other brands and general pharmacy sales and advice. You will be trained across the store, from cosmetics to over-the-counter medications.
