Life Science Education Sales Role

This role requires working with universities and research institutions in India to promote our video resources as tools for professors in their teaching and research.

Main Responsibilities:

• To engage with Professors and integrate our resources into their curriculum, increasing usage among existing customers">
• To develop relationships with key decision makers, including daily outreach via phone calls, demo meetings, and emails">
• To raise awareness about our products within new and ongoing customer Universities and Research Institutes">
• To deliver product presentations and organize webinars at various events, including conferences, University seminars, and client onsite visits">
• To provide customer feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams">
• To maintain positive ongoing relationships with customer institutes, providing support and ensuring client satisfaction and retention">

Key Requirements:

• A Master's degree or PhD in Life Science disciplines">
• Previous experience in selling and servicing in the education/publishing market is preferred">
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for remote relationship-building">
• Possess excellent listening skills and attention to detail">
• Knowledge of education, market trends, and challenges in assigned content areas">
• Experience in networking using cold calling">
• Knowledge of STEM publishing preferred">
