About The Role
We're hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive digital transformation within our Ovation pillar. This role will form part of our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team to lead end-to-end fan engagement across email, push, in-app and SMS.
You’ll be part of a growing digital customer experience team, using Braze to deliver smart, personalised campaigns at scale - from ticket discovery right through to post-event reactivation. This role is all about using data to create meaningful, connected journeys that surprise and delight fans - while balancing commercial and partner priorities across Australia’s largest ticketing and live entertainment ecosystem.
Requirements
What does a day in the life look like?
Develop and execute fan lifecycle strategies across acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention
Own campaign orchestration in Braze across email, push, SMS and in-app messaging
Build audience segments and deliver targeted journeys based on real fan behaviour and signals
Collaborate cross-functionally to activate commercial, loyalty, content and partner campaigns
Test, learn and optimise for performance — using data to drive every decision
About You
3+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or digital marketing roles, with a strong track record of campaign strategy and execution.
Deep hands-on experience using Braze (or similar platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Adobe Campaign).
Strong understanding of data-driven marketing principles including segmentation, personalisation, and retention strategy.
Experience working within high-volume B2C environments - ideally with entertainment, loyalty, media or eCommerce exposure.
